Curve Shot Privacy Policy

Curve Shot is a game by Becoming Ventures. It does not require an account and never asks for your name, email or contacts. It sends anonymous gameplay data to help us improve the game.

Information stored on your device

Your unlocked levels, stars, and sound, music and vibration settings are saved only on your device. We do not receive this data. Deleting the app deletes it, and you can also clear it with Reset Progress in the game's settings.

Information we collect

Curve Shot sends anonymous usage and diagnostic data to us through PostHog, our analytics provider:

Gameplay events, such as levels started, completed or failed, stars, boss fights and settings changes.
Session recordings: low-resolution images of the game screen and where you tap, captured a few times a second while the game is open. They show only the game; it has no text entry or personal content.
Performance and device information: frame rate, device model, operating system and version, language and screen size.
A random identifier created when the game is first opened. It is not linked to your name, email, Apple or Google account, or advertising identifier.

We use this data only to understand how the game is played and to fix difficulty, bugs and performance problems. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or combine it with data from other apps or websites to track you. PostHog stores it in the United States and is set not to keep IP addresses. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.

App stores

Curve Shot is distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google may collect information about downloads and app performance under their own terms, described in the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. If a future version offers in-app purchases, the store processes the payment; we never receive your payment details.

Children

Curve Shot is intended for a general audience. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children; the data described above is anonymous.

Changes to this policy

If a future version adds features that process personal information, such as advertising, we will update this policy before that version is released. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
